These terms govern your use of GetVedya, operated by Neelesh Patel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What GetVedya does

GetVedya is a job discovery platform. We aggregate publicly listed job openings from across the web, let you search and filter them, and link you to the employer's own application page. We are not an employer, recruiter, or placement agency, and we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, spam, or abuse.
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@getvedya.com.

3. Plans and payments

• Free plan - job search with a daily limit on live searches, free forever.
• Pro plan - ₹199 for 30 days. One-time purchase; it does not auto-renew. Includes a higher daily search limit and AI resume tailoring.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Job listings disclaimer

Listings are aggregated from third-party sources. While we prioritise fresh and legitimate postings, we do not verify every employer and are not responsible for the accuracy of a listing, the employer's hiring practices, or any outcome of your application. Always verify details on the employer's official page before sharing personal information or money - legitimate employers never ask for payment to apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping or automated bulk access, no uploading unlawful or misleading content, no attempting to disrupt the platform or other users' accounts.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetVedya is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including missed job opportunities. Our total liability for paid services is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

7. Dispute resolution and support

Contact us first at support@getvedya.com - most issues are resolved within 2 business days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
