Refund & cancellation policy

Fair, and in writing.

GetVedya Pro costs ₹199 for 30 days. It is a one-time purchase - there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the 30-day period.

Cancellation

Since Pro does not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel - access simply expires after 30 days unless you choose to purchase again.

Refunds

• Duplicate or accidental charges - if you were charged twice or paid by mistake, email us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund the full amount.
• Service not delivered - if Pro features were not activated after a successful payment, we'll fix it or refund you, your choice.
• Change of mind - if you haven't used any Pro features, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund you.

How to request a refund

Email support@getvedya.com from your registered email address with your payment date and amount. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable

Payments are non-refundable after 7 days, or where Pro features have been substantially used (e.g. multiple resume tailoring generations).
